Bushido

From the time I spent living in Japan, I have often revered the Samurai. I lived in an area (now devastated by the tsunami) that is rich in feudal history.
I am also a runner. I enjoy reading about running clubs from around the world, and when I came across the SoCalCoyotes, I was intrigued. Imagine my happy surprise when I saw that they have a video in which they describe the “Coyote Bushido, the way of the trail runner”. It is pretty short, but well worth watching. I really like how it starts at 0. Head over to their web site and give them some blogger love. Jimmy Dean Freeman is a pretty cool guy. Very personable. I wish I lived in SoCal so I might be able to run with these people…
