new PR

for 5k. 23:55:79!!!it was run on trail, so who knows? road 5k might even be FASTER!!!!

ran from pluto to the other end and back. nice little, quick run. can probably shave off 2 minutes by the end of the summer. (Labor Day). new goal!

YIKES! only 6 days to get in 64k. let's see, that's just over 10k per day. NOT going to happen. but i will continue to run and see where i end up.
