not much to report. more lifting, twisting with weights. good core and shoulder workout.
for those of you checking in to read my regular madcap adventures, i apologize for the juneathon reports, but i am also involved in Juneathon 2010, in which several people have committed to try to do some form of exercise everyday in June and then either blog about it (even briefly) or post to FB or Twitter.
